Krista began her Real Estate career in 2005, just prior to her employment with the Planning Department and CAO’s Office at the Municipality of North Grenville. She is an active member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB), and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Krista made her Real Estate career permanent in March 2014.

Krista is a highly motivated Real Estate professional with demonstrated ability in marketing, administration, land use planning, negotiations, and public relations. She has over fifteen years’ experience with client services, and holds excellent relations within her community.

Krista has developed her Real Estate business around community. She works with both buyers and sellers, rural and urban properties, for sale by owners (FSBOs), builders and developers. Krista upholds a high ethical obligation and moral conduct. She is also committed to doing business locally.

Steven Glaser – Realtor®

Steven has always had a passion for Real Estate. He began his Real Estate career in 2002. At the time, Steven was an entrepreneur Pharmacy Business owner. Steven took on an acquisitions managers role for a large pharmacy chain, in which he was responsible for the purchasing of Pharmacy businesses. He was also responsible for negotiating legal contracts and scouting for new business locations. This is where Steven gained his invaluable experience of purchasing skills.

Steven also dedicated several years as a district manager for a large retail chain, where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of 14 stores and their associated managers, which also encompassed an overall of about 250 employees on average, across the retail chain. This enabled Steven to further develop his excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Steven is an extremely devoted Real Estate professional. He has built many social and professional networks in the community and has managed to achieve numerous awards for top sales.
